International Communications

The mission of ZNWU is to develop itself into one of the best research-oriented comprehensive teaching hospitals of the world. The hospital has established partnerships with medical schools or hospitals of the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and has maintained frequent communications with University of Nancy, University of Lille, University of Lyon, Toulouse 3, etc.

In 1963, the hospital dispatched the first medical team. Up to now, the hospital has dispatched 51 medical teams and 156 workers (146 workers in Algeria, 8 workers in Lesotho, one worker in Kuwait and one worker in Indonesia), covering over 20 disciplines. The medical assistance programs have improved the medical care standard and public health of recipient country, and received high praise of local government and people.
